- Dear valued customers, at Techies365, our goal is to deliver exceptional services and products. Should you find yourself less than satisfied with your purchase, please know that we are committed to assisting you to the best of our abilities.
- Refund Eligibility
- Digital Products: Refunds for digital products are only available if the product is defective or not as described. Requests must be made within 07 days of purchase.
- Services: Refunds for services are available if the service has not been delivered as agreed upon. Requests must be made within 30 days of the service date.
- Conditions for Refunds To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product or service must have been purchased directly from Techies365.
- Proof of purchase must be provided(Techies365’s invoice). Without proof, we can’t process further.
- The request must be made within the specified timeframe with valid reason and payment proof.
- Non-Refundable Items Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Custom software development services once the project has commenced. After 14 working days, no refund will be given. After 07 working days, a partial refund will be given under the signed agreement of both parties(client & service provider).
- Subscription fees after the subscription period has started. Pre-paid subscription-based services are not eligible for refund policy.
- Any product or service that has been used or altered.
- Refund Process To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. It might be delayed depending on your banking policy.
- International Customers For international customers, please note that currency conversion and international transaction fees may apply. Techies365 is not responsible for any additional charges incurred.
- Changes to This Policy Techies365 reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
